About

Asako, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience with the HRnetOne is the Business Leader for our Tokyo office. In this role, she leads a team of 30 consultants across 6 specializations – Healthcare, Automotive, Chemical & Industrial, Retail, Consumer & HR. She also provides strategic leadership and focuses on business and organizational expansion.

Asako joined HRnetOne Singapore in 2000 as part of the team tasked with setting up operations in Tokyo.  She played an integral role in forming the core of how the office operates. The systems and processes that she had put in place have formed the basis on which our Tokyo office consistently offers smooth and integrated service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Over the past 15 years, Asako has brought deep senior-level consulting experience and broad industry perspectives that has led her to close on hundreds of top tier search assignments. She was pivotal in in building a strong network of clients for the Tokyo office, many of whom have developed into long term key accounts.

As a leader, Asako believes in leading by example. Her drive, commitment, and dedication serves to be a constant source of inspiration to her team.
