About
Brian Busse is a Key Account Director responsible for our retail sector key accounts throughout the Asia Pacific region. His responsibilities include business development, team deployment, project delivery and organizational design. He travels frequently between our offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore working very closely alongside our clients, advising on talent attraction and management.
Brian started with HRnetOne Taiwan in 2010 as a Consultant before joining the Hong Kong team to take on a regional role in 2011. His consistent reign as a top performer saw him win multiple promotions in quick succession.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Brian has been living and working in Asia for the past 10 years. Having lived in Ulaan Bator, Bangkok, Taipei and now Hong Kong, Brian has his finger on the pulse of the Asian markets giving him a unique perspective on talents and their increasing mobility.
His key clients include the world’s leading luxury fashion houses, high-street retailers, watch & jewelry maisons and cosmetics giants. Known for his strong work ethic, lightning response time and sixth sense, headhunting is truly Brian’s gift.
