Dawnie Yuen is the Senior Practice Leader in HRnetOne Shanghai Office. She brings to the table over 26 years of experience in the executive search industry.
Dawnie joined HRnetOne in 2002 working with clients from the Consumer, Retail, Industrial, Chemical and Healthcare sectors across multiple locations, including Greater China, Singapore and Vietnam. Within a short span of time, Dawnie shone as a star performer and was hand-picked to be part of the team tasked with setting up our first China office in Shanghai. Together, they set up the framework for what was to be a successful, profit-generating office from year one.
Currently, Dawnie leads a team of consultants in the Retail, Luxury and Cosmetics Practice in Shanghai. Together with her team, they deliver dynamic search assignments in Greater China Region. Apart from executive search, Dawnie is also proficient in providing customized HR consulting services such as Career Transition Management, C&B survey and Talent Mapping.
Over the years, Dawnie has built up a strong network clients who are drawn to her because of extensive industry experience and also her professionalism and work ethics. Prior to HRnetOne, Dawnie spent 8 years in other search firms covering sectors, ranging from Banking & Finance to Insurance and IT&T specializations.
