Hermosa Lin

Hermosa Lin is the Senior Regional Consultant in HRnetOne Shanghai office and also the Practice Leader for Chemical and Industrial Specialization in the Greater China region. She has over 11 years of experience in the executive search industry, of which the last 9 years are with HRnetOne. Hermosa leads a team of 16 consultants focusing on placements from middle management to C-level positions. Hermosa has worked on numerous regional assignments and has done consultancy work for MNCs for their human capital needs in Asia. Her key area of specializations are within the Chemical Upstream and Downstream and Industrial Automation.

Originally from Taiwan, Hermosa was based in our Taiwan office for a year where she focused on building and delivering our services to cover the entire scope of the Tech Industry’s requirements from pre silicon to semiconductor assembly and consumer electronics. In 2010, Hermosa expanded her portfolio further when she moved Beijing where she took on projects in the Semiconductor, Chemical and Retail industry.

Hermosa gained in depth in the 2 years that she was there. Her expertise was tapped on in 2012 in Shanghai to establish and expand our Chemical and Industrial Specialization team which she successfully grew from 3 consultants to 16 today.

Hermosa graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan.
