Lynn Han

Lynn Han is a Senior Regional Consultant, responsible for overseeing Retail practice mainly in Taiwan with extension to other Asia Pacific countries and primary focus on Taiwanese talents that move around in the region.  Her role and responsibilities include business development, project delivery and internal talent development.

Lynn joined HRnetOne Taiwan in 2008 as a Consultant and had progressive role developments over the years. She advanced to Senior Consultant role in January 2013 and now has two members in her team in Taiwan.

Lynn is fluent in the languages of Fashion Retail & Luxury Goods industries as well as Consumer and Finance & Accounting.  She majored in Finance in the University of Toronto and had practical experience working in Retail sector since she was in college.  Before joining recruitment consulting field, she worked for Christian Dior Couture in the Marketing department, where she gained solid knowledge of the practices of luxury goods businesses.

Lynn’s extensive market knowledge, professional work ethics and her propensity for going beyond client needs have made her the go-to person for the recruitment needs of many leading brands in the industry. She has personally worked on a wide scope of exclusive search assignments throughout the last 7 years from clients who trust her experience and judgement.
