Sam Chen, based in Tokyo is the Senior Practice Leader for the Industrial and Chemical along with Automotive and Food Science specializations. He is responsible for business development, project delivery, and internal talent development.
Sam joined HRnetOne Japan in 2010 as a Regional Consultant. This was followed by quick progressive role developments over the years. He advanced to Senior Practice Leader role at the beginning of 2015 and now leads a team of 7 consultants.
Sam has been partnering MNC clients in their critical talent acquisition needs. He engages with key decision makers and exchange information on the latest industry movements. With his deep understanding of client’s culture and transformation needs, Sam has lead his team to successfully deliver on top tier management placements and establish multiple Key Accounts.
